I couldn't live in either place because you have to go out of your way to get on the Interstate. I thought the Interstates in Louisiana were bad, I appreciate them much more now. Signage as you mentioned was lacking and the on ramps to the interstates were death ramps. You basically were put directly into the flow of traffic with no merge lanes where you could gain enough speed to enter traffic safely. Otherwise I thought Indiana to be pretty.
