I didn’t drive myself crazy changing things back and forth, so I am not sure if I like it or not. I suppose for the time being it will do.
One thing that is kind of bugging me is that I have not been able to change the favicon.ico. I am not sure how to manipulate this code within CSS. (or if it would even be possible in this instance.)

just replace the favicon.ico file in the root of your site, it is something that cannot be overridden with css (like the robot.txt file)
I wish CSS could utilize Dynamic code. When I write something in CSS it feels like it could be Dynamic. Is it just me?
